Rogério Barbosa Pereira

José Afonso Neves is a PhD and Postdoctoral in Exercise Periodization. He is currently a Professor and researcher at Porto Sports University.

António Labisa Palmeira

António Palmeira is a PhD in Health and Physical Conditioning, Master in Sports Psychology and Bachelor in Physical Education and Sports. He is currently an associate Professor at Lisbon’s Lusophone University.

Nuno Pinho

Bachelor in Physical Education and Sports Personal Trainer and is a teacher and the Pedagogic coordinator at EXS – Exercise School.
